The mother’s specials are worth the visit the Mousakka has to be one of the best we’ve ever had. The meat in each meal was so well cooked it was hard to pick up. Arhontiko is a classic Greek Halkidiki restaurant located in the resort of Hanioti. The food was the best we ate all holiday and found it on the last day (typical). We had soup to start with bread, which came with Lurpack butter (bonus) and feta in the oven which was to die for. To main we had a mixed grill and a special pizza, both were really delicious the pizza was cooked well and tasty and the mixed grill was very very nice. We had an ouzo and Metexa on the house. We have tried the whole menu and can’t fault it in any aspect! It’s for sure the best restaurant in Halkidiki! Its the second time we are visiting Bakalis Restaurant, and it was all amazing ! Anemomilos is a classic Greek Halkidiki restaurant located in the resort of Gerakini. We dined twice at Anemomilos during our stay in Gerakini. The food is outstanding – fresh and delicious traditional Greek food. We had fresh catch of the day both nights that was superb. We also tried all other different appetizers – fried zucchini/calamari/potatoes, marinated anchovies, tzatziki, hot peppers etc. and they were great. Service was also very polite and friendly.
